I have to admit, we were a bit skeptical while deciding on an appropriate company for our e-shop. After many previous awful experiences with bad communication, extending deadlines, making excuses, forcing staff to work on things, we were considering many companies, but Merino won for many reasons. Firstly, they made a transparent offer, without disguise. Other companies were offering a budget, which could double their expenses, due to the uncertain items. Fortunately, this was not the case here, since we exactly knew what was going on. Another reason was that Mr. Kovaľ and his colleagues were very kind and did not act as corporate machines, but instead, they communicated with us very friendly and kindly.
